Well, to answere your question. Too much public money is not usually a good thing.

Over 70% on one side is a warning sign for me.

I'm not an expert, i'm trying to improve myself and when possible give some value with my local knowledge...i thought that this move on Roma was because of the new's that Giannichedda replace Couto in centre of lazio defence; problem was that Lazio played this game like a "very" derby and Roma not and this is the surprise for me.
